Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as AP according to your profile and category as general.
So on such marks and category you have no chances of getting any of the government medical colleges in AP under state quota according to previous year's cut-off this is because as we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the lowest cut-off marks was 526 for ACSR Government Medical College, Nellore under state quota for General category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your marks should not be less than 550 out of 720 marks especially for Government medical colleges in AP .

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Hi,
according to previous years cutoffs you will not be able to get a private college with 481 score even if you have a state Quota as their cutoffs are above 550. Private colleges college are also high above 500. You can get dental colleges.
As a general candidate you should score above 520 to get admission in government medical colleges, however for SC ST candidate with 480 score you can get semi government medical College easily.
