You haven't specified your category. So I am presuming that you belong to general category. Cut is different for each category.

Last year cut off for general candidates under state quota of Rajasthan was 560 at Government Medical College, Dungarpur and under AIQ was 586 at Jhalawar Medical College, Jhalawar.

So going by previous years cut off it seems difficult to get a seat for general candidates at 481 , however keep in mind that cut off are subject to change.

Well, securing 481 marks in NEET may not be enough for getting admission into a government medical or dental college in Rajasthan. But since you're qualified, you can give it a try at the time of counseling and it's better if you are also a resident of Rajasthan. But there are also other private and constituent college where you can apply at the time of counseling.
