Hello candidate!
you can easily get seat in any of the government college, first of all congratulations for your rank and as you said that you belongs to sv region you can go through the government college by the natural counselling process, where you have to choose some of the best colleges for veterinary near you meeting all your official needs and mention those colleges in counselling so you would get one among them and get selected .
