Hello Abhishek !!

The 85%state quota seats in Maharashtra is further divided into 70% Regional Quota and 30%for the rest.

This year due to a easy question paper and large number of candidates qualifying the exam the cut off is going to increase by 15-30 marks .

If you fall in the regional quota then you have decent chances of getting a seat as the cut off in 2018 for OBC was 357 for Government Medical College, Akola.

Whereas the chances are quite less if you apply for the 30% quota seats as the previous year cut off was 473 for Seth GS Medical College, Mumbai. In this case you can go for BDS or go for private colleges.

All the best.

Hope this helps.
