As far as i know at least 55% in class 12th board exams is required for being eligible for IPUCET.But you have 48.2% only in class 12th board exams so im sorry to tell you that you are not eligible for IPU UNIVERSITY.For more information you can visit the below given link:

Sorry to say but you are not eligible because according to ipu eligibility criteria you must be 10+2(equivalent) and you should have 55% in this
And your score is not sufficient so you are not eligible

Hello,
Should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) examination. The candidates who will be appearing for 12th standard or equivalent exam in 2018 will also be eligible for admissions through IPU 2018.
The candidates should have scored a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology/Biotechnology, provided the candidate has passed in each subject individually.
It is also necessary for the candidates to have passed English as a subject of study in the qualifying examination.
