Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well. Yes, there are chances for you to get government seat for mbbs in 484 marks not in all India quota but you can try for government seat in 85% state quota .

For getting government mbbs seat you need to score 350 + in state quota and 480+ in all India quota for st category. This cutoff marks is in accordance with the last year cutoff.

Although getting government seat for mbbs depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, category, region, state, state rank, AIQ rank, etc.

The State currently has 5240 MBBS seats in each batch in government and private medical colleges. Among these, 1790 MBBS seats belong to the Government sector- 1640 seats in nine medical colleges, 100 in ESI Medical College, and 50 in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Bibinagar Campus)

For qualifying in NEET, students must have to score minimum of 50 percentile for UR and 40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC category. And to get admission in the Good Private Medical college you must score at least 350 marks in NEET UG.

Here are list of some colleges you can go through:-

  • Government Medical College, Mahabubnagar
  • Government Medical College, Nizamabad
  • Deccan College of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad
  • Kakatiya Medical College, Wrangal
  • Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad
