Hi Varsha,

Well with your marks you can opt for getting a government medical college in your state only. Chances are there but slightly less for you to get a medical seat in government medical college through state quota.

As far as Tamilnadu is concerned, you can not participate in counselling there because you are not the domicile citizen of Tamilnadu, rather your domicile belongs to Kerela, that you have mentioned.

A student can take advantage of only one state quota benefits and that to of his or her respective domicile state.
