The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

You got 485 marks in NEET this year under the SC quota. it is a good score for the SC student you definitely go for the admission. You should get admission I think in the 1st counselling. So get a list of 10 colleges of your prior list. Wait for the counselling and gone there definitely you get admission.
