The government MBBS Medical colleges in Tamil Nadu have pretty high cutoffs for admission. Every college tends to close its cutoff over 600 marks for general category under the state quota. Hence with 486 marks, you won't be able to get a seat in any government college.
You need to try in private colleges only.
