Different regions like au region have different cutoffs .I assume you to be a non local student . And being a non local student , your chances for government colleges for BVSC are almost negligible but you have some chances if you belong to any region .

Secondly you have not even mentioned your home state.
So, According to previous records, for General category students a rank of 4,000 is good to get a seat for bvsc.
