Yes, with a Score of 488/720 in NEET, you may get a Veterinary Seat or maybe BAMS or BHMS, Dental, anything, assuming youre from General Category in NEET. You may even have bleak chances in swcuring some of the Private or State Medical Colleges, maybe under State Quota of your Respective State.  But I think youre highly talented and deserve a seat in Medical. This year with a Score of 488 in NEET, you can definitely reach the 600+Band in NEET with just a Years Hardwork. Hence, incase youre determined for MBBS, I would advise you to give it a try, and reach for some of the Best Government or State Medical Colleges Next Year.
