Hello aspirant,

According to your rank you have no chance of getting free seat but you have a chance to get scholarship that too based on your category only. If you belong to sc/st/OBC you'll get scholarship. Better to choose private colleges for your rank in EAMCET. There are many private institutions offering needed courses.
