I got 490 marks. i am under bc (Obc - ncl)category from tamilnadu. my all india rank is 94867 and category rank is 41743. will i get govt seat in tamilnadu? if yes where? if semi government seat also where and how much will be the fees??

You can try state counselling to find a government college in mbbs, but I would suggest you to even try Dental and ayurvedic, so that you get a relief.
Fees structure depends on the college , it is alloted by government to the cllgs and many times it gets different according to caste and income.
