You have moderate to fair chances of getting a govt medical college in Chattisgarh if belonging to state quota whereas the chances are low in case you are from other state.  It all depends upon your ranking as the competition level is quite tough the cutoff varied every year so one cannot be 100% sure about the upcoming.
