From your profile it seems you belong to Bihar,you haven't mentioned your category, presuming you as General it's tough to get government medical college as cut-offs are on higher side, for UR it was around 571 for Patna Dental College, but you hold chances in private ones like Sarjug Dental College & Hospital Laheriasarai, Mithila Minority Dental College & Hospital,Buddha Institute of Dental Science & Hospital, Patna, this is purely based on previous year data, cut-offs are subjective to change every year based on multiple factors like seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.
