i got 490 rank in AEEE 2021 will i get into amritha Coimbatore or amrithapuri for sure both in cse only ?

Congratulations for your excellent rank in AEEE 2021. With your rank of 490 you have decent chances to get into Amrita Coimbatore or Amritpuri campus with CSE branch.
To get into CSE branch from Amrita Coimbatore you should have a rank of 9000 or below if you have state quota. If you are from open category then you should have a rank of 1500 or below.
To get into CSE branch from Amrita Amritpuri campus you should have a rank of 12000 or below if you have state quota. If you are from open category then you should have a rank of 4000 or below.
Your rank is much lower than the previous year's cutoffs. Hence you have decent chances to get into any of these colleges.
