I got 490 rank in Cpget ,, category BC-D ..is there any chance to get seat in this college( for msc maths)plz answer

You are talking about which college,i cannot see any college name here to clear your doubt.
But your score is good.which has chances of getting a seat in the college.
I have heard that Most of the colleges need above 80 and less them 800 to get admission.
You will get admission don't be worried.
But see that if you can mention college name for clwar cut clarification
