According to your question I want to mention that it is impossible for you to get a seat in ECE branch in NIT Warangal (considering you are from general category), even if you belong to the home state. Last year the closing rank for ECE Branch for general category and home state quota was 1958 and other state quota was 2090. Now scenario might change if you have some reservation. Hope this helps
