According to your rank, It seems a little improbable for you to get a seat through the normal means.
However, you can apply through Management quota or other, to apply for the Institution.
JNTUH is an institution which will help you out with your career as it is a good Educational institute that will enhance your educational and overall skills, very apt in teaching methodologies and reputation.

Dear. the chance are very low to get in JNTUH because of your ranks is too low. or you have to pay  sum of the amount to allot the seat. but JNTU is a good platform to do BCA. So i suggest you to go with JNTU weather it may be free seat or alloted.
