Dear Tripathi, in 2018, under State Quita, 469 marks was the cut off for General Category in UP Government Medical Colleges. Now cut offs have been speculated to increase by 25 marks in all Government Medical Colleges from the last year. There are 5565 medical seats in UP and close to 700 seats being added for EWS Category differently. So with a rank of 5880, you might get a seat either in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical College or UP Rural Institute of Medical Sciences. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
