You have scored a mark of 493 in NEET UG 2019. According to previous year cutoffs of different Government medical colleges you have very less or no probability of getting admission into these colleges under 15% All India quota. Yes you have some probability of getting admission into Government medical colleges. However the cutoffs are subjected to change every year. For more info go through the link given below
