Usually, every year marks required to secure a particular rank changes and do not remain constant. Because of that reason, such trends can only indicate how the result of a particular year could be.
In the CLAT 2021 exam, the lowest accepted score to achieve a rank of 2040 in the general category was 74.25, while the same score could have enabled an aspirant to secure a rank between 900-1100 in the general category in CLAT 2020. Going by the past trends, 49.5 marks in the general category offers very slim chances of getting an NLU.
