You haven't mentioned your category, hence presuming it to be general, if we go through 2019 last phase cut-offs, then closing rank of OC Male Candidate in JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad for CSE was 805 , hence chances seem tough except chemical and metallurgical engineering, for only CSE domain you may have chances in the following colleges-

• JNTU College of Engineering, Karimnagar/Sultanpur
• MVSR Engineering College
• Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology
• Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology
