As per your score (497), you lie on the border line according to previous year cutoff. If the cutoffs increase by 10+ marls this year in every college, then you may be left with no seat.
Government Medical College, Khandwa had 482 closing cutoff For OBC.
Government Medical College, Ratlam and Government Medical College, Vidisha had 485 closing cutoffs.
