Hi,

With a score of 497 many government medical colleges are possible. Since you are OBC category it is much more easier to get. Try for you Home State but if you dont get it there also try other states since a good medical college is very much possible at your score.

You have chances to get a seat in a government medical college based on your calculated marks. Well, you can get admission in your own state under 85% state quota seats as per your mentioned score. Whereas under 15% AIQ seats admission is bit difficult. Once the cutoff is out, you'll get the better idea of your chances in different colleges.
