According to previous year's cut off trends candidates from general category required minimum 550-580+ marks in NEET to get admission in government college for MBBS. With the score you have mentioned above, it can be difficult for you to get admission in government college. However you can try in semi government or private colleges there might be pretty good chances of your admission. You can apply through state quota as you have mentioned that you belong to that state. As per the state counselling 85% seats are reserved for state quota which might increase chances of your admission. Here's a list of colleges you can try to get admission in with AU domicile :
