I got 4998 in KIIT 2019 . But it's written not eligible for first counseling whyy?

dear aspirant,
it's very rare and very surprised. there may be some internal issues related to that. I recommend you to get in touch with the KIIT for these issues. you can mail them on admissions@kiit.ac.in. they will certainly help you to get you out with this problem.
