I got 50% in jee mains paper 2 under sc catogory and my rank is 6000+ can I get alloted in any architecture colleges

Hello. With your current category rank you may not be able to get admission in top architecture colleges for Bachelors in Architecture or B.Arch. But you still have a chance to improve your percentile by sitting for the April session of jee mains 2019. The best of two attempts will be considered by NTA while making the overall merit list.
