It is difficult to predict exact rank but according to you, you scored 50 marks in AP EAMCET 2021 then your rank would be around 30000. You do not mention your category. So I am assuming that you belongs to open category . It is difficult to predict the college. So,  there is chance to get admission in colleges for Pharma.D course that are accepting AP EAMCET scores such as

Andhra University College Of Pharmacetical Science,

GIET School Of Pharmacy,

Sree Vidyanikethan College Of Pharmacy, etc.
