i got 50 marks in jee main and i am on obc category ,will i qualify for jee adv .

Considering you belong to reserved category (OBC), it is still very difficult for you to qualify for JEE Advanced with 50 marks in JEE Mains. Historical data and proper estimation predicts cut-off for students of OBC category to be around 70 - 75 marks.
