Admission into all the above mentioned institutions are based on your performance of JEE main Examination. You board marks are just a eligibility criteria for that. But as you've scored below 75% you're not even eligible to get any college through JEE main examination. Hence, You can't get all the above mentioned colleges in the current situation.

Sorry to say but to get admission in NITs,IITs or IIITs you should must have scored 75% in boards or should be within top 20 percentile in your 12th exam,this is only for OBC and General students.For SC/ST students 65% in 12th exam will be eligibility criteria for NIT or IIT or IIITs. Even for state government colleges the minimum percentage required is 60%.
You should apply for improvement exam for Boards exam.

No, you cannot get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs with 50% aggregate in qualifying exam.To be eligible to get admission in IIT/NITs/IIITs a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Candidates belonging to general categroy must have passed with atleast 75% aggregate and for SC/ST it is 65% aggregate.
