i got 50 rank in ap pgecet .i am oc male. where can i apply for mtech. can u tell specialization in mtech. to which we can do phd also in the same streem.

It would be nice if you mention the branch and NO you cannot do PHD with PGECET score.
You may get seat for Mtech in
Andhra University
JNTU (Universities ) SVU and other Universities as well
