First of all congratulations on your marks, yes to your question you can get BVSci seat though there are many factors such as state of domicile ,choice of college. And the last unreserved rank in previous year was 301707 which means the mark ranges from 350 and plus.Positively there are high chances you get into the course.

For General merit students approx - 425- 450 score - All India quota Govt seat.
For General merit students approx - 320 - 400 score - State govt quota (Depends on state domicile)
For Private colleges - There are very few Private colleges in India for veterinary - lesser neet score will do as the private college fee is on a higher side compared to Govt colleges.
Most of the Government colleges also have NRI category, as the competition under NRI category is less, even if you get a qualifying score you can apply to participate for NRI category counseling.
