Considering that you have mentioned your SC rank because SC rank is to be considered for allotment, if it is CRL rank then kindly correct me in the comment section below.

On such SC rank you have no chances to get any of the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs as the SC rank closes around 13000-14000 for such colleges. You can get an idea from previous year's closing ranks available on the official website :-

But you can go for some PRIVATE or State government colleges .
