Since you have not mentioned any category I'll write the answer assuming General Category.

With this rank it seems a bit unlikely that you'll get a seat in BSC Forestry or Agriculture in any government college.

You can look for some private college providing a course in either forestry or Agriculture .

Or else there are other options also available , you can check those.
