Dear Sujitha, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless in 2018, the cut offs for various Categories for SVU area have been as follows:

General Category: 517

BC: 473

SC: 403

ST: 395

With 503 marks you have fair chances at getting a seat in a Government Medical College if you belong to BC/SC/ST Categories. Having said this cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of seats available, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can check the cut offs of various other colleges of SVU area of AP at:  https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-ap/amp
