i got 503, obc category and my domicile is of Uttarakhand, is there any chances that i can get a govt college in Uttarakhand or in any other states?

In Neet 2019, the lowest marks that got a seat in Government Medical College for obc category under Uttrakhand state quota was 503 marks and it was for GOVERNMENT DOON MEDICAL COLLEGE, DEHRADUN

But this year, cutoff marks are expected to increase for medical college so with 503 marks getting a government medical colleges will be very difficult.

You cannot get Government Medical College in other states as cutoff marks of other states under all India quota is way higher than that of state quota
