You  haven't mentioned your category, presuming it to be general as per previous year data  through AIQ, you might have chances in Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences,other than this it's tough to secure a GMC seat with your given marks, as the cut-offs for UR has been around above 580-590 marks, even for securing a government dental college in case of general category last year the cut-off was above 560 marks through AIQ, cutoffs vary every year based on multiple factors such as seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.
