As per your query I would like to tell you that in 506 marks to secure the seat is not possible in government medical Colleges as last year least cuttoffs marks.

So you may go for private medical Colleges.

As per your the cuttoffs mark's varies depending upon the difficulty level of questions paper and the numbers of students appearing .
