Neet is an all India common entrance examination for the medical aspirants to get into the undergraduate courses in both government and private colleges.
The minimum cutoff marks required for a student to get an admission in maharaja agarsen medical college changes every year, but it would have been very better if you would have scored more than 550 marks and you can easily get into the college.
As you have scored the border required marks that is 500, you'll have high competition to get into the college.
