Since you have not mentioned your state it is difficult to predict your chances in Colleges. But given your rank you can easily get MBBS in private medical colleges through the 85% state quota. The cut-off is pretty High this year so the chances for you to get government seats doesn't seem much possible but you can still try through your state quota.
