At a score of 508, unless you belong to some reserved category chances look bleak for you to secure a seat in any Government or State Medical College, especially Important Medical Institutes like GMC Kannur. However, do keep a check on the Government and State Medical Counselling Dates and Procedure.
Secondly, if you do not have any issues, you might consider a drop this year. As far as I have seen students securing in 450-550 range in first try, minimum increase their score to 600-650 range in second try, and get assured of a seat in a National Medical College of Choice.

Last year the cut off for government medical colleges under 15% All India Quota was a rank of 12611. So based on that, you will not get Government Medical College, Kannur through All India Counselling.
