As per your rank in JEE Mains 2019 and in consideration with your category, youu do have chances to get a seat in north-eastern NITs by the last round or even in the two spot rounds. Also, you do have some IIITs under your belt due to OBC-NCL category. So you just be patient till the last round and do apply for spot rounds as well. You will get a seat in any of the north-eastern NITs as per your rank. Good luck.
