I got 5081 rank in aeee exam but i didnt get any seat in 1st allotment i opted cse group amrutapuri as 1st option

Hey there,
Your chances of getting the college through AEEE examination at this much score is very low. You may not get the CSE branch at the amritapuri campus in your 1st allotment round. I will suggest you to also apply for the ECE branch there. You should also go for other campuses if you want the CSE branch there.

But according to 2017 and 2018 cutoff the closing rank of open quota is 6900 so why I don't have a chance of getting seat in it?

You have less chances of getting the CSE branch. I haven't told you that you will not get the CSE branch. You will get it in the last round of counselling.
