As you haven't mentioned the campus you are seeking for, I'll give you a generalized answer. Now to get CSE in Amritpuri campus you need to score below 4000 rank. To get CSE in Amrita Coimbatore campus you need to score below 1200 rank. To get CSE in Amrita Bangalore campus you need to score below 5000 rank.
These are the closing ranks for CSE according to previous year's cutoffs for open category.
With your rank, you have chances to get into Amrita Bangalore campus with Computer Science Engineering till final round. If you have state quota then you can surely get into CSE in any of these campuses.
