Dear Utkarsh,

There are many colleges who take admissions regardless of your marks, like :

Chandigarh University, Punjab
Techno India, kolkata
KIIT, Odisha
Heritage Academy, Kolkata

But remember, you have a bad percent. So be sure to work hard and get above 7 or 8 points in all th semesters.
