I got 510 marks in neet 2020(ews category) could you plz suggest me something

You have not mentioned your state. So as from your profile you belong to Rajasthan. With 510 Marks in neet you have less chance to get government medical college in Rajesthan. Name of some college of Rajesthan which you may get:-
- American International Institute of Medical Sciences Udaipur
- Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre Rajsamand
Or you can try for government seat of BDS which you can easily get.
