Congratulations on qualifying GATE. Based on your GATE score you are eligible for all the IITs and NITs since you have cleared the cut off score for the ST category.
Your score is 510 which is quite a good score and if we consider the previous year cut off for IIT BOMBAY which was 340 and you are way far ahead. So you can definitely expect a call from the top IITs and NITs with the specialisation you want.
