I got 51.01% in CET-2018..Will i get the college through CAP round??

At this score, you are not likely to get a call from top B-schools. There are colleges which will accept low scores but I would suggest you check the approvals & accreditations (whether a college is approved by AICTE or NAAC for example), course structure, placements, and talk to alumni if possible before taking admission in any college.
