With this rank you have chances of getting CSE in NITs too if we consider the trends. Some of them include.
  • NIT Manipur
  • NIT Patna
  • NIT Durgapur
  • MNIT Bhopal
  • NIT Calicut

But still if you have interest in Metallurgical Engineering than surely you can opt it. But since your are asking betweem NIT and IIIT than obviously first choice will be NITs.
